PROPOSAL FOR REZONING BLUE STAR HWY./PHOENIX PROPERTY Shall Ordinance No. 994, adopted by the City Council on October 17, 2011, which amended the South Haven Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map to rezone 19.59 acres of land located generally at the northeast corner of Phoenix Street and Blue Star Highway to the B-4 Major Thoroughfare Business Zoning District remain in effect?
