City of Albion -- Sign Approval Proposal (requires 3/5 majority vote for passage)

Shall the City of Albion grant the Christ Apostolic Church, after receiving a necessary variance from the Sign Board of Appeals and an affirmative vote of at least 5 members of the council, a license to use a part of Crowell Park to erect and maintain a sign?
