(IF APPROVED AND LEVIED IN FULL, THIS MILLAGE WILL RAISE AN ESTIMATED $898,970 FOR THE COUNTY-WIDE SENIOR CITIZEN SERVICES IN THE FIRST CALENDAR YEAR OF THE LEVY.)
SHALL THE CURRENTLY AUTHORIZED MILLAGE LIMITATION ON GENERAL AD VALOREM TAXES WITHIN LEONI TOWNSHIP, PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY THE ELECTORS OF LEONI TOWNSHIP, BE INCREASED BY 2.2 MILLS ($2.20 PER $1,000.00 OF TAXABLE VALUE) FOR THE PERIOD OF 2004-2008, INCLUSIVE, FOR THE OPERATION OF THE LEONI TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT AND FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE LEONI TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT; AND SHALL THE TOWNSHIP LEVY SUCH INCREASE IN MILLAGE FOR SAID PURPOSE, THEREBY RAISING IN THE FIRST YEAR AN ESTIMATED $809,994.28?
SHALL THE WATERLOO TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 4.1.1B1 OF THE ORDINANCE SHALL BE AMENDED TO REMOVE SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED DWELLING AS A USE REQUIRING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN AN AGRICULTURAL (AG-1) DISTRICT AND SECTION 4.1.1A9 OF THE ORDINANCE SHALL BE AMENDED TO ALLOW A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING AS A PERMITTED USE IN AN AGRICULTURAL (AG-1) DISTRICT?
